The expansion of the current Brantford Mixing Centre by approximately 450,000 sq/ft to meet current consumer demand.
Outcome
Streamlined Approvals and Expert Coordination
TWD obtained the required site plan approval and permitting including storm water management plan, topographic map/legal survey, traffic study, geotechnical report, and stage one archaeological study. Our team coordinated all activities with the City and any third parties necessary.
