All employment opportunities are posted on TWD’s website as well as LinkedIn. Applicants are invited to submit their application via our applicant tracking system, with a current resume, demonstrating that they meet the minimum criteria for the position being sought. At the closing date, all applications are screened, and candidates selected for interview are contacted. If the interview is positive, references will be contacted. TWD has been a long-standing advocate of work-life balance and as part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring it remains a part of our culture, we offer flexible work hours and remote work options, allowing employees to better align their work schedules with personal commitments and preferences. Employees are not expected to respond to emails or phone calls outside of working hours, unless there is an urgent issue that requires immediate attention, or the Manager has requested temporary additional hours on a project. We promote a culture that discourages excessive overtime. While occasional projects may require additional hours, we value the well-being of our employees and strive to maintain a reasonable workload.
