Optimizing Project Viability: Two-Stage Engineering Approach

TWD provided value engineering to our client using a two stage approach.

Phase 1 - URS/FEED Package

Phase 2 - Detailed Engineering

Phase 1 included Issue for Purchase (IFP) of the Jaw Crusher Module, Retaining Wall Options, Lowering the Height of Metso Module and Foundation Plan Study, Dust Collector, Conveyors, Hydraulic Unit Module, and Washrooms Module Study, as well as Preliminary Design and Engineering Packages. Phase 2 is under development.

The crushing process is designed to operate and be maintainable in all weather conditions, handling high volumes and allowing for a capacity of 350 tons per hour.
