Innovative Risk Management for Project Success
Working as an Independent Engineer on behalf of the project owners, TWD played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the project by actively minimizing risk exposure to the bank right from the project's initiation. Conducting a preliminary assessment of project information, we engaged in pre-construction due diligence, meticulously evaluating construction readiness to ensure the project budget remained realistic for both hard and soft cost categories. Our proactive approach extended to ensuring all necessary project documentation—from permits and bonds to technical specifications and environmental reports—was precisely in place.
