Peter is the General Manager for TWD’s Pacific Region. He is a seasoned professional engineer with over 40 years of progressive experience in managing infrastructure (facilities and transportation), power utilities (distribution, substation, and transmission), telecommunications, network management, information technology, and operational support projects.

Peter oversees the daily operations of TWD’s Burnaby, British Columbia office, delivering facilities and transportation services to TWD’s clients. The Burnaby office specializes in HVAC and plumbing design for institutional and industrial settings, as well as offsite electrical and traffic signal design for numerous municipalities in British Columbia and internationally.

Joel is TWD’s Director of Engineering for Eastern Canada and has over 18 years of experience in Project Engineering/Management and Mechanical Engineering. He’s been with TWD for over 10 years and established TWD’s Atlantic office in 2015, helping grow TWD’s Canadian business east of Ontario.

Joel is highly experienced in executing multi-discipline engineering projects and working closely with clients to find fit for purpose solutions.

He remains involved in the management of Atlantic Canada based clients and the continued growth of the region.

Joel graduated from the University of Moncton and holds Professional Engineering licenses in New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Quebec and Ontario.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys camping, fishing and trail riding with his family and friends on dirt bikes, snowmobile or side by side.

Founding Principal at TWD, a Canadian EPCM Company specializing in Energy (Transformational and Traditional) and Infrastructure since 1999 with 8 offices across Canada (Burnaby, Calgary, Edmonton, Ft. McMurray, Sarnia, Burlington, and Saint John) and 2 international offices in Pittsburgh, PA and Larissa , Greece.

Milt is involved in all aspects of business management including strategic growth, business development, quality, HSSE, operations/execution (early conceptual development and project feasibility, design development, detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning), Human Resources, and finance/accounting.

Rich is TWD’s Business Development Manager for US Operations with more than 42 years of experience in developing relationships, partnerships and servicing accounts. His expertise is in building new network connections, promoting TWD and expanding our client base. He is a results oriented individual with a proven track record of improving the market position of TWD and maximizing opportunities for financial growth. Adept in building strong relationships with clients.

Rich is a Graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with the ability to stay focused as proven by his completion of “6” Marathons.

“Together We Deliver means that our team provides itself on teamwork”. I have found this true in all aspects on my life. It works in Marriage as proven by 49 years of marriage. My wife said “I am a Keeper” so making 50 looks great.  TWD is all about commitment and so am I.

Becky is a Business Development Coordinator at TWD acting as proposal lead with a sharp focus on crafting compelling and strategic proposals, as well as driving innovative marketing strategies. Her contributions amplify TWD's brand presence and support business growth initiatives through the seamless integration of marketing and business development activities.

Becky adds immeasurable value to our team, elevating our brand through her expertise, precision, and commitment to delivering proposals that not only win projects but also define the standard of excellence at TWD. Becky role is invaluable to clients as it serves as a crucial link between the client and TWD, facilitating effective communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring that the business development strategies align seamlessly with the client's goals, ultimately fostering a mutually beneficial and successful partnership.

Graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, ON, Becky continues to live in the GTA with family and friends.

Meet Kimberley, our HR Program & Project Manager at TWD. With over a decade of progressive experience in HR and 5 years in project management, program coordination, and communications, Kimberley’s diverse skillset spans private, public, and non-profit sectors across various industries.

Kimberley plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by designing, implementing, and managing HR programs and projects that align with strategic goals. As a driving force behind the modernization of HR practices, she champions and facilitates initiatives aimed at continuously improving the employee experience and supporting organizational growth.

She collaborates closely with key stakeholders, analyzes insights from employee surveys, and monitors HR trends to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop strategic solutions spanning all HR functions, including employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, talent management, corporate communications, wellness, policy, & people management systems.

Bringing positive energy, authenticity, and a continuous improvement mindset, Kimberley consistently achieves results that balance employee perspectives with organizational goals.

Hailing from the frosty enclave of Sault Ste. Marie in Northern Ontario, affectionately dubbed ‘The Soo’, she is a passionate nature enthusiast. Whether she’s hiking amidst the trees, walking along the water’s edge, pedaling through trails, paddling down rivers, or camping with family and friends, Kimberley finds solace and inspiration in the great outdoors.

Her journey to HR wasn’t a straight line; it was more of a scenic route filled with valuable experiences and unexpected twists and turns. Armed with a multidisciplinary education in Psychology, Business, and Public Relations, Kimberley stumbled into HR by chance – and it turned out to be the perfect fit. And while she may not have had a roadmap at the outset, she’s grateful for the winding path that led her here.

Marian is the Strategic Growth Director for the Eastern Organization, with over 20 years of project management and engineering experience across diverse industries, managing multi-million-dollar capital projects.

Marian has built a solid and trusting relationship with TWDs top tier clients establishing herself as a leading figure in client stewardship initiatives.  She has overseen the successful completion of multiple large-scale engineering, procurement and construction projects spanning across Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. She is dedicated to resolving client concerns ranging from project scope definition to fast-tracked project schedules and ensuring disciplined budget control.  Her collaborative approach involves working closely with internal teams to navigate challenges effectively, and consistently meet client expectations.

In her latest role, Marian continues to build and maintain client relationships, while contributing significantly to the development and execution of TWDs regional growth plans as an integral member of the Eastern Leadership Team.

Marian is a graduate of Western University, having earned her degree in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering. She is a Professional Engineer of Ontario and has maintained her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation for nearly 20 years. Nicole is the Senior Director of Business Development at TWD responsible for driving the strategic growth and expansion of the organization through sales and marketing business development strategies, identification of new market opportunities, and cultivation of strategic partnerships to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Utilizing strategic vision and leadership, Nicole enhances TWD’s brand visibility, expands market share, as well nurtures client relationships ensuring alignment between business development objectives and TWD’s overarching goals.

Building and fostering relationships is key in cultivating strong ties with our clients, partners, and stakeholders. Her commitment to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions has been instrumental in maintaining long-term partnerships based on trust and value and ensuring client satisfaction. Nicole’s expertise not only identifies growth opportunities but also tailors solutions that align with clients' objectives, fostering long-term relationships built on innovation, trust, and sustained value creation.

Nicole is an experienced Business Development leader within the Energy and Infrastructure Industry, as well as a licensed Paralegal in Ontario. Nicole’s client-centric approach and collaborative style both with internal and external clients is woven within TWD’s core value of Together We Deliver.

Nick, as Regional General Manager at TWD Hellas, 1st European office of TWD, oversees strategic and operational aspects. Also serving as the Civil/Structural Head, his experience spans in Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Mining, and Industrial projects. Nick demonstrates comprehensive involvement across the entire project lifecycle, from Business Development to Engineering Design and Project Management. His dynamic leadership and extensive experience underscore his unwavering commitment to excellence in engineering projects, regardless of their size.

Nick’s diverse roles and extensive industry involvement across project phases enables him to grasp clients' unique challenges and provide anticipatory solutions. In essence, his role extends beyond operations management; it's about delivering tangible, impactful solutions. Through experience, dedication, and a problem-solving mindset, he upholds high standards, contributing to client success and TWD's overall growth.

As Regional General Manager at TWD Hellas, Nick actively contributes to solving clients' everyday challenges and improving their routines via Client-Centric Solutions, High Standards, Quality Assurance and Effective Communication.

Through strategic thinking and commitment to excellence, his role transcends immediate challenges, focusing on establishing enduring solutions that positively impact clients' day-to-day operations.

Nick is a distinguished graduate with an M.Eng. in Structural Engineering from the University of Thessaly. In 2019, he made TWD history as the first Greek intern, and within his inaugural year, he was entrusted to return to Greece to establish TWD Hellas—a testament to his swift rise within the company.

Nick is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with the Professional Engineers of Ontario association. As a former Ph.D. candidate turned industry professional, Nick stays rooted in the values of problem-solving, integrity, and accountability.

And just in case you thought it's strictly business, Nick's talents extend beyond engineering. If you're in need of a versatile addition to your metal band, look no further. Nick can step in as a guitarist or drummer, all while enjoying a cold one in the studio.

As TWD’s Eastern Region Operations Vice President, John is responsible for client satisfaction, regional and corporate growth, profitability, and operational performance. John is responsible for creating a respectful and inclusive work environment whereby employees are enabled and inspired such that the team delivers projects that are safe, reliable, on-budget, on-schedule, and of the highest quality.

A highly experienced executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams consisting of professionals and occupational personnel to higher levels of performance and success in a variety of roles. Strong collaborator, technical and business skills, and leadership competencies with an impressive track record of 40 years of hands-on experience in Project Management, Operations, Maintenance, Business Services, and Engineering. Proven ability to successfully execute large projects, analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and gaps, formulate opportunities, and develop innovative cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and increasing revenues.

John holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from Lakehead University and a degree in 40 years of lessons learned!  John is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario. John wishes and would have preferred a Degree in Oenology and Viticulture, as weekends are spent consuming some very fine wines.
