TWD Supports Progress at Marpole Transit Centre

The Marpole Transit Centre has come a long way since our last update, with TWD continuing to support its progress. Check out this recent video below for a great look at how the project is taking shape.
TWD is proud to continue supporting project management and overall design coordination alongside the design team led by prime consultant WSP in Canada.
Once complete, the Marpole Transit Centre will be TransLink’s first purpose-built depot for battery electric buses (BEBs), supporting the storage, charging, and maintenance of up to 300 buses and 25 agency support vehicles.
With the project continuing to move toward its projected 2029 completion, we’re excited to see this facility take shape and contribute to the future of electric transit across Metro Vancouver.
